la Posta serves seafood that is Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch approved, breads and pizzas are made in our brick oven, produce that is local and typically organic, meats and poultry are sustainable and humanly raised. We strive to maintain sustainable practices in how we operate our business. La Posta is certified in the City of Santa Cruz Green Business Program.
Even our building is recycled - la Posta is located in the Seabright neighborhood, near Murray, in the old post office, circa 1910.
